If you are a foreign civil engineer willing to work in Lithuania you will have to follow certain procedures.

• Issuing, changing, supplementing, suspending, revoking the procedure is laid down in the Construction Technical Regulation STR 1.02.01: 2017  „Statybos dalyvių atestavimo ir teisės pripažinimo tvarkos aprašas” 
• Follow the link (www.spsc.lt ) to the organization which is evaluating and certifying the qualification requirements and compliance. All the documentation will have to be filled in Lithuanian language.
