If you are a foreign civil engineer willing to work in Lithuania you will have to follow certain procedures of issuing documents recognising the right to pursue the relevant activity in the country of origin.
- The Construction Technical Regulation STR 1.02.01: 2017 „Statybos dalyvių atestavimo ir teisės pripažinimo tvarkos aprašas” set out all the procedures.

All the documentation will have to be filled in Lithuanian language in forms provided in the SSVA website.
